ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email.

Please ensure you check your spam or junk folder for shipping notifications.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)

International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis.

This means any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Ellie Zahra Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties and returned to us, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Redelivery can be arranged at the customer’s expense.

 


DELAYS, LOST PARCELS & REDELIVERY

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur that are outside of our control.

If your parcel is delayed, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier using your tracking number. If you require further assistance, please email us at: elliezahrabeauty@gmail.com.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and arranging redelivery or collection with their local postal service if delivery attempts are unsuccessful. 


STUDIO PICKUP (BY REQUEST ONLY)

Studio pickup is available from Ellie Zahra Beauty Studio, Fraser Rise, Victoria, by request only. Studio pickup is not available as a checkout option.

Pickup requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed prior to collection.
